Hi everyone! Thank you for your support. As you know we now have a water system! Ya Baby! It was a lot of work but worth every hour it took. I would really like to thank the people who came out to help us.

What I would like to hear from you guys and gals is.......Do you want a watered GROOMED track?
Or watered and left rough?
You can not learn to ride a race track if it always groomed, the problem is,if Andy and I leave it rough there are some of you who will get on the internet and tell everyone we do not groom!
At this point the track is ALWAYS perfect or we do not open! Let us know what you want Please. Thanks RD

To start the day off with a groomed track is really nice. It will always get rougher as the day goes along, so I say groom away! :)

RD, I have been riding Mabton since the 70's, when it was never groomed. In my late teens, and early 20's I would go out there in the middle of the summer, and turn lap, after lap...no water, no grooming, and plenty whooped out straight sections. As all of us older riders know, todays tracks are a long ways from that era. I have 2 sons that prefer to ride a rough track as this is what they have said " Dad, I would rather ride Mabton rough, then Horn, anybody can ride a bike on a freeway " A friend of mine that has a son, is an upcoming Suzuki star said to me this spring " We want to come practice at Mabton when it is not groomed, so we can get ready for Loretta's, it is the only track that can get us ready here in the Northwest ". If you can ride Mabton fast, when its rough, just think how fast you will be everywhere else. RD, You and AT are doing a Fantastic job, until you have owned a track, people will never know the work it takes!!!

The track is a blast to ride, and I am glad to have a place to ride and train so close to home. Thanks RD & AT for your hard work to make this happen.

Your guys' track is an absolute blast. I am new to the area and new to MX so it has been great to have a track so close to town, Thanks! I'm sure im not the only one who likes to "ride a freeway" so I vote groom the track. All of us who like the groomed ride have to promise to come early and ride the crap out of it for the ungroomed guys. The more riders that show up to ride the better it will be for everyone so bring a friend and prep the track for the "good ol days" guys!

The work you put into the track is appreciated. Might I sugest you don't water so much before a race. Even though it rained last weekend most of the corners were soup before the rain started. If it's not going to be in the 60s or 70s it doesn't make sence to create quicksand.

Hey Randy, hope you recovered from Saturday night. the track was a blast to ride on Sunday. It had a little of every thing, mud, rollers, fast straights. Thanks Andy for opening the lower part of the track. Keep up the good work.
