Tell me your opinion as to why very few riders are supporting the WRA race scdule!

I heard about the race by word of mouth, when I went to the Mabton Motocross site there was very little information about the race. I googled WRA and had a hard time even finding their site. I would suggest listing all the races on the Mabton site with links to the race organizer's sites on future events. Don't give up, we love coming down there and will try and make future races. Very impressed in how the track is developing. Thanks,

Took my 8 year old son riding a 90cc quad to the race this past weekend (April 3rd). He loved it, the sunshine helped too! Had been down for a practice day a few weeks ago, will definitely come again for practice riding and races. Thanks for the time put into this track.

Well, now I feel bad I was hoping to hear more people were showing up!!! Not sure why others whine about not having enough tracks but don't show support. In my defence broken bikes and previous family obligations have been in the way and will be out of town at the next one too. Will for sure make the one on the 8th with the kids. Next year knowing there is a series I will know not to commit to the extended family before hand. My daughter rides a 80cc quad and would love to find more kids to race with. on a side note have to agree that the word is still getting out and people are creatures of habit just need to make mabton a habit. PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP

We found out about the races awhile back by chance and have been supporting the races at Mabton, but as Mark mentioned above, there is only limited advertising for the races. This past weekend was the first time I saw the flier for the WRA races with the scheduled dates and locations. I think fliers need to be posted at all the bike shops, part stores, etc. in the surrounding area. I also think the riders and families would be happy to help out. Also, the Desert Valley Powersports link to Mabton didn't work for me. On a side note, I was a bit disappointed that the younger/beginner races weren't announced by the WRA crew like the other races were. Since the entry fees were the same, the younger racers should be treated the same. We're also looking forward to another Future Legends track session. Thanks for helping to coach the aspiring racers and for the great work on the track!

We are in Oregon, about a six and a half hour drive. We want to get up there to ride this year for sure! I wish we had someone like you here so willing to work as hard as you do for a great track to ride! How are the jobs up there? Maybe we'll move up to that area and have an AWESOME place to ride!!!

I think the weather has been a big part of it, keep up the good work, it will get there.

I know that finding information on schedules is tough. The tracks website doesn't have a really easy list of events scheduled. I live in Goldendale, and would love to come up there for a practice or race session, but am never quite sure what is going on any given weekend. The OTBG here in town puts up their complete schedule on their website along with a ton of other information. Makes it really easy to figure out which weekends are for practice and racing. Scott and Debbie are also on Thumpertalk in the regional forums quite often to give track updates. I have only seen one posting concerning MMX Park on Thumpertalk. Other than the lack of information being available online for events at the track, I think one of the biggest factors affecting low turnout has been the weather.
